HRIS Analyst :

Develop and implement strategies for talent management, recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding technology processes and tools Provide comprehensive support for ERP systems like Workday, Oracle, and SAP Develop insightful reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making and process improvements Collaborate with stakeholders to assess analytics needs and deliver both ad hoc and proactive reporting Ensure data integrity by identifying and correcting errors or gaps in data Maintain and update data tables used for reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency Collaborate with People + Culture leaders, ITS, and the Enterprise Analytics team to optimize data usage and system capabilities Required Skills for
