Welding Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Implement and execute strategies for sourcing qualified talent, utilizing all available resources. Promote, and leverage and maintain all internal recruitment channels, including employee referral program. Collaborate with leadership staff in identifying talent and develop strategies for critical roles. Effectively build relationships with field staff. Maintain the organization’s use of recruitment technology and candidate tracking to build the talent community. Community outreach and networking. Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of related experience. Commercial construction industry knowledge required; HVAC, plumbing, welding. Travel is required, local and overnight.
