Role:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to join ourteam. As a Workday HRIS Analyst, you will be responsiblefor: Administering and configuring the Workday HRIS system, includingcustom fields, workflows, business processes, and securityprofiles Configuring and customizing Workday HCM modules to meet businessrequirements Troubleshooting unexpected results or process flaws andrecommending solutions Collaborating with HR and Management to identify enhancements,modifications, and corrections to HR-related technology Providing training and support to HR staff and other end-users onhow to use Workday effectively
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent skills and knowledge required 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Human ResourcesInformation Systems, or a related field 3+ years of Workday experience required in several functionalareas, including HCM, Benefits, Security, Absence, Time Tracking,and Reporting 3+ years of experience in implementing and configuring Workday HCMmodules, including creating business processes Workday HCM certification preferred 2+ years of statistical or data analysis experience designingcustom reports and dashboards using standard Workday reportingfunctionality Strong security experience in role-based, user-based, and creatingcustom security domains Experienced Workday EIB template generation, population, andability to load data using advanced-level Excel skills Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including debugging andanalysis of issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills
