Full Job Description Job Summary:

Serves as system administrator for CaroMont Health’s Learning Management System (LMS); responsible for producing reports, setting up and managing course assignments, documenting and tracking attendance and course completions, providing technical assistance for performance issues, and organizing and retrieving data for reporting purposes. Serves as the subject matter expert on all things related to online learning, including: liaising with the LMS vendor on enhancements, testing and loading of learning assets and curriculums, updates and troubleshooting technical and configuration issues and online and in-person courses using various authoring tools and technologies. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure accuracy. Serves as the lead for New Employee Orientation. Works with partners across the HR division to ensure a successful onboarding experience. Serves as primary point of contact for department web page on organizational intranet. Completes updates as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Training and Development or Associate’s degree with 2 years relevant experience or high school diploma with 4 years relevant experience. Previous experience with systems reporting and data validation. Experience in instructional design, online course development, and adult learning best practices. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Effective oral and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and customer service skills. Superior organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities while working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare preferred.
