This role is essential in supporting various functions within the organization, particularly in human resources and talent management. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and a proactive approach to lead generation and recruitment efforts. Duties Assist in the campus recruitment process, including outreach and coordination with potential candidates. Support training development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients or candidates. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for managing candidate applications and tracking recruitment progress. Collaborate with HR teams to implement effective talent management strategies. Maintain accurate records in PeopleSoft and Kronos systems for employee data and attendance tracking. Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and training requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources or related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with ATS, PeopleSoft, and Kronos systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals. Demonstrated ability in relationship management, lead generation, and cold calling techniques. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
