Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an experiencedHR Generalist to join a well-established manufacturing clientlocated in Oxford, NC. This is a full-time, direct hireopportunity. The HR Generalist will support a broad range of humanresources functions including recruitment, employee relations,benefits administration, compliance, safety, and training. Thisrole is instrumental in promoting a positive workplace culturewhile ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations, labor laws, and HRbest practices. Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures alignedwith company objectives and legal requirements Lead and coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless andengaging experience Oversee safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA andworkplace safety standards Support performance management processes including appraisals,development plans, and goal setting Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employmentlaws and regulations Plan and facilitate employee training sessions and professionaldevelopment programs Handle confidential employee matters with discretion andprofessionalism Research and implement HR best practices to improve departmentalefficiency and employee satisfaction Manage leave programs such as FMLA, short-term disability (STD),and long-term disability (LTD) Maintain and update HRIS systems and ensure accurate reporting Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives Support strategic HR projects and organizational developmentgoals

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or arelated field Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environmentpreferred HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-buildingskills Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
