As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Not Specified. What’s the Job? Recruit team members Organize and plan for employee training while adhering to hiring procedures. Maintain affirmative action logs and original employee records. Investigate, document, and report workers’ compensation claims. Conduct orientation for seasonal and full-time employees. What’s Needed? Must be 18 years old. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products. Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
