Charlotte, NC 28262 (8-12 weeks of training in aclassroom setting)
Shift:
Mon-Fri (08:00 AM to 05:30 PM) Pay range: $20-21/Hr.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle 45-50 investigation cases daily involving both domestic andinternational wire transfers. Leverage tools such as PEGA, Teletracks, and SWIFT to research andresolve issues. Communicate with internal and external customers to gatherinformation and provide status updates on wire transactions. Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in wire transfer processesand propose improvements. Document findings and resolutions thoroughly while maintainingcompliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamlesstransaction flow and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience in wire investigations, financialoperations, or a related field. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail andaccuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment whilemeeting performance metrics. Familiarity with operational risk, financial compliance, or paymentprocessing is a plus.
