HR Generalist – Employee Experience & Compliance 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars

Huntersville, NC SUMMARY:

This role focuses on fostering a positive employee experience through strong employee relations support, efficient HR operations, and engaging employee activities. The role is also responsible for ensuring compliance with HR policies and maintaining accurate employee records.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee Relations Serve as first point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues Assist in conflict resolution, investigations, and performance-related discussions Maintain proper documentation for employee relations cases HR Administrative Duties Maintain and update employee records and personnel files Process job changes, promotions, and terminations Handle routine HR requests and data management tasks Compliance & Policies Ensure adherence to federal, state, and company HR policies Support HR Audits (401K, Affirmative Action, Benefit Deductions, etc.) Employee Engagement & Events Plan and coordinate employee events (e.g., appreciation events, service awards, holiday celebrations) Support employee engagement surveys and follow-up activities Support HR Projects Partner with HR team on special initiatives and cross-functional projects Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and

EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma required, some college preferred. 5+ years of Human Resource experience is required. 3+ years Employee Relations experience is required HR Certification required SAP experience preferred

Skills:

Advanced Excel required English required German helpful but not required
