As an HR Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various functional areas. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

$25 per hour What’s the Job? Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management. Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. Performs a variety of tasks under general supervision and reports to a manager. What’s Needed? A bachelor’s degree in a related area. 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR field. Ability to rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
