HRIS Analyst National Healthcare organization is seeking an HRISAnalyst on a contract basis. Seeking a high energy, outgoingcandidate with 3 – 5 years of HRIS experience This is a long termcontract role with the opportunity to turn into a permanentposition. Hourly payrate is between $28-33/hr. This position isbased in Charlotte NC and is an onsite position RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field orequivalent work experience.
PHR/SPHR
certification preferred. Threeto five years of HRIS experience. Systems implementation experienceis preferred. Strong understanding of HR processes and data,including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit proceduresin order to ensure correct implementation. Strong understanding ofHRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, andexperience with databases tools. Thorough knowledge of MS Excel,Word and PowerPoint. Experience with an HRIS such as UltimateSoftware (UKG) or SAP SuccessFactors. Effective organizational andinterpersonal skills including written and verbal communicationskills.
