Job Summary The Human Resource (HR) Generalist position implements and manages MRA’s HR programs by providing various HR services to include talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations. This position is a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. The other two days per week can be performed remotely. However, during training (est. 6 months), the candidate is expected to work fully on-site. Key Responsibilities Conduct training to subordinate employees as needed. Process terminations and exit interviews, and exercise care that reasons are well documented and are not arbitrary or discriminatory. Oversee maintenance of accurate and complete personnel records. Ensure that rules concerning confidentiality and retention are followed. Conducts internal investigations of workplace policy violations. Remains current on relevant laws, legal rulings and regulations from state and federal entities. Demonstrate and maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of critical HR functions. Interpret policies and procedures and serves as an HR subject matter expert to Managers. Takes immediate and appropriate action regarding reports of unethical behavior or conflict of interest. Manage and lead the Orientation and Onboarding program ensuring accountability. Defines scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, tools and resources. Serve as a point person for benefit carriers, operationalizes projects as set forth by the higher-level plan. Utilizes appropriate HR acumen in interactions with employees and leaders. Draft a variety of written communication to inform decisions, explain solutions, interpret and communicate policy and influence outcomes. Serves as a Recruitment Lead for all non-exempt positions to include interviewing, hiring and training. Oversee personnel actions processed in Paylocity. Lead I-9 system administrator in support of approximately 130 employees. Initiate and lead dialogue with background checks to identify issues and solutions, recommend options, and summarize actions needed/taken. Lead payroll administration across the organization, identify threats to the business and devise immediate solutions. Liaison to outsourced payroll specialist vendor. Main point of contact for temporary recruiting agency, manages payroll actions for all temp employees. Manage and facilitate staff professional development programs. Manage compliance training programs related to HR statutes and regulations. Specifically excluded is billing and healthcare compliance. Oversee transactional and preliminary stage of employee relations issues. Mediate difficult interactions, escalating problems to higher level when warranted. Oversee interactions with certain vendors to maintain service quality. Facilitate conflict resolution meetings. Audit and monitor adherence to policies and procedures across the organization. Gather, assemble and report HR metrics (staffing, payroll, overtime, attendance) to leaders. Oversee and lead the Open Enrollment process. Coach employees utilizing benefits expertise. Serve as a Team Lead for all Workers Compensation issues. Conduct assessments and evaluate information and paperwork gathered on each instance to forward to insurance company. Handle keeping track of required training (cyber, MRI Safety, Compliance (all including billing/healthcare), etc. Act as administrative liaison to the Wellness Work Group. Act as the organizer and administrative liaison for all performance reviews of all radiologists. Acts as administrative liaison for the Health Insurance Work Group and the Strategic Radiology Health captive Governance Committee.

Occasional travel required for project meetings, supplier/consultant meetings, inspections, and training Required Skills Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience (preferred). High School diploma and 7 years of experience will be considered. Strong knowledge of Employment Laws at State and Federal level. Strong knowledge of Regulatory Agencies and laws (DOL, OSHA, FMLA, EEO, FCA, FLSA, NLRA, Title
VII, ADA, ADEA, WC
). Excellent organizational skills, written and oral communication skills. Personable, professional, and productive within a team environment. Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), and Adobe Acrobat.
