Seasonal Recruiting Specialist The primary responsibility of the

TRANZACT

Seasonal Recruiting Specialist is to monitor and track all candidate processes including attendance tracking, daily candidate communication, state exam testing, and required state licensing paperwork. Manage candidate class volume and collaborate with inhouse and vendor instructors for non-class related inquires. Additional duties will include monitoring onboarding tasks including background check authorization completion, personal information form completion, and offer letter tracking. Qualifications What You Need for this Job 1 year+ of customer service experience Ability to communicate clearly, specifically when on the phone using a headset Computer proficiency in a Windows setting, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet access. Understand and utilize company provided computer and telephony systems Excellent communication skills to use throughout all levels of the organization Comfortable and competent in both written and oral communications Results-driven attitude Focus on details, accuracy, and conflict resolution Possess accurate record keeping, writing and grammar skills.
