Work Schedule:
Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity
The Senior Analyst, Business Process will support leading teams through the creation, maintenance and review of processes for the process management function.
Working with HR business leaders and teams to document processes, identify process measures and process areas of improvement. Facilitate the use of process methodology and tools to improve and/or design process improvements. The position requires detailed knowledge of and experience in Six Sigma, LEAN or a similar methodology with proven results. While delivering key insights into areas of improvement and concern to Enabling Solutions and HR leadership. This role will report to the Manager, Process & Issues Management. This is a hybrid role. #LI-hybrid

The Work Itself
Ability to display comprehensive process knowledge and guide business leaders and their teams through process methodology.
Work with business leaders to document processes.
Lead projects with business leaders and their teams to identify areas of process improvement opportunities using tools and methodology to define the process and changes required.
Develop and present process improvement initiatives, results, and control plans.
Work with business leaders in implementing process improvement recommendations and plans.
The Skills You Bring
Bachelors degree preferred in HR or related field
3+ years of process improvement and Six Sigma methodology experience required Experience in the Financial Services Industry or Auto loan servicing industry experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Vision and other process mapping tools
Knowledge of the HR domain preferred
Knowledge of Workday preferred
Six Sigma, LEAN certifications a plus
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, develop solutions to challenges and drive the implementation of the solution
Results driven
Analytical skills and experience required.
Excellent presentation and communication skills required.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience in working across organizational boundaries.
