Work Schedule:

Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity
As the Senior Analyst, you will support the HR – Employee Care Manager. You must thrive in a complex, high-workload environment and enjoy a high degree of ownership and accountability for your work. You will be responsible for business process, you will ensure that services are delivered in accordance with documented service level targets. In this role, you must embrace opportunities to identify and implement operational/process improvements regularly, and you will lead and hold internal partners accountable for delivery. At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
The Work Itself
Consult with HR community and vendors to support HR programs by improving the employee experience through process improvements and analytics.
Promote best practices in service delivery including first-call resolution, accurate responses through frequent review of scripts, and analysis of ticket inquiry and resolution detail to drive continuous process improvement in self-service and customer service satisfaction surveys.
Monitor, analyze and audit transactional effectiveness and performance, develop and monitor dashboards, monitor and conduct SLA reviews, and facilitate necessary transactional process break-fixes or improvement support.
Drive common service delivery processes and requirements across geographies, in alignment with applicable policies and regulatory and audit requirements to gain process and cost efficiencies.
Troubleshoot miscellaneous service line issues and route, where necessary to other Ops managers in payroll, HR or benefits areas.
Business process management and functional system requirements (how the system behaves to support the business process).
Participate in Change Management Requests and User Acceptance Testing with HR COE, IT, Ally HR, Payroll and supplier partners.
Facilitate and lead meetings with key customer and supplier groups to resolve service delivery issues and escalations and to get input into process redesign and continuous process improvement efforts.
The Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR or Payroll Operations Experience within a shared services operations team to include SOX and HR Risk Management awareness preferred.
HR business process management experience within Workday required (Workday experience required). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Ability to work autonomously with high critical-thinking skills required General knowledge of industry-standard HR technology solutions, data interfaces and IT management processes preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to frame and present communications to all stakeholders, including senior HR leadership, on behalf of team.
Strong collaboration, negotiation, initiative and problem resolution skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills Excellent organizational skills in high volume environment, and attention to detail required.
