Summary:
The Specialist, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding executes recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate high-quality talent for RKW Residential. This role focuses on hands-on candidate sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring alignment with company values and operational needs.
Essential Duties:
Talent Acquisition Execution:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align recruitment strategies. Utilize sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to build candidate pipelines. Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with EEOC/diversity guidelines.
Onboarding & Integration:
Own end-to-end onboarding: facilitate orientation, complete documentation (I-9, E-Verify), and oversee pre-hire processes. Collaborate with managers to create 30-60-90 day onboarding plans tailored to role-specific needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their first 90 days, addressing questions and resolving issues. Ensure seamless handoff to HR/Payroll teams post-onboarding.
Recruitment Support & Compliance:
Post jobs to internal/external boards and assist with recruitment marketing content (e.g., social media, newsletters). Monitor key metrics (time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction) and report progress to HRBP. Stay updated on employment laws and ensure adherence to company policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR equivalent combination of education/experience.
Experience:
2+ years in full-cycle talent acquisition, including hands-on onboarding support.
Skills:
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrated expertise with UKG Recruiting (ATS) and HRIS platforms Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Recruitment Execution:
Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions (exempt + non-exempt) Practical application of
