Required Qualifications Experience:
3-5+ years of sourcing, full cycle recruiting, or talent acquisition experience with proven success in utilizing a range of recruitment tools and resources.
Preferred Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Language:
Bilingual is a plus, not required.
Experience:
3+ years multi-state recruitment to include geography-based sourcing strategies within a metric driven environment. 3+ years proven tech savviness of ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office
