What You’ll Do:

As an HR Generalist at Ternium, you will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of human resources functions across the organization. From recruitment and onboarding to compliance and employee relations, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining a strong, inclusive, and high-performing workforce. You’ll also work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals in a hybrid, multi-state environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for internal teams, providing guidance and support across all HR functions. Facilitate a positive employee experience through proactive employee relations support—responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and partnering with HR leadership on conflict resolution and investigations. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations for a multi-jurisdictional workforce. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with company policy and legal requirements. Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans. Contribute to HR process improvement and implementation of new systems or policies. What You Bring to the

Table:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced or growth-stage organization. Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Experience supporting remote and hybrid teams across multiple states. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Gusto or other HRIS platforms a plus. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
