Full Job Description Human Resources Coordinator Job Description Position Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator contributes to the accomplishment of human resources practices and objectives and assists in the establishment of an employee-oriented, high-performance culture through the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The HR Coordinator assists the HR Manager with the implementation of policies and procedures and assists corporate managers with addressing HR issues. Must demonstrate a commitment to the organization’s goals, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with all levels of management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrate Drylock Core Values:

Safety, Respect, Ownership Employee on-boarding and off-boarding (recruitment, orientation, retention, development, retirements, uniforms, badges, lockers, safety, and terminations) Daily check-in with all new hires (inside of 90 days of hire) Employment verification and background checks Assist with employee relations Assist with the creation and dissemination of employee communications Assist with internship program and the selection of interns Create and maintain paper and electronic files and documentation Fully adhere to company confidentiality policies Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications Assist with day-to-day efficient operation of the human resources department

Education and Experience:

Associate degree in Human Resources, or successful completion of PHR certification, or a minimum of 1 year experience in the field.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken Must be able to read and interpret work documents Must have the ability to work in teams Must have the ability to perform basic math Must have the ability to adapt to frequent changes General knowledge of human resources policies, government regulations, and employment laws and practices Experience in administration of benefits and compensation programs Excellent interpersonal skills Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface with individuals at all levels within the business, as well as external partners Excellent organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work independently Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and familiar with SAP Electronic and paper document management skills Familiar with the routine function of an office and the use of basic office equipment Experience with HRIS system functionality, ADP Workforce Now is a plus

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Training Requirements:

General Safety New hires will receive Quality, Environmental, and Product Safety ISO trainings. Quality, Environmental, and Product Safety ISO trainings will be conducted annually thereafter and/or in the case of changes in the system. New Hire Orientation Position-specific Basic training

Hearing protection must be worn while on the production floor.

Work Environment:

Work is performed in an office setting within an industrial environment which requires frequent interaction in a manufacturing environment. Schedule Must be willing to work second shift Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
