Administrative Specialist II needed onsite to support ourclient’s development, delivery, and ongoing improvement oftechnical training, progression, and continuing education programs.
This position plays a vital role in coordinating traininglogistics, supporting new hire onboarding, and ensuring smoothoperation of our training facility and events. The ideal candidatewill have strong communication and interpersonal skills, aproactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to managemultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Minimum 5 years ofadministrative or coordination experience Strong organizational andtime management skills Excellent written and verbal communicationabilities Experience with databases and data management Familiaritywith Cornerstone or other Learning Management Systems Experienceusing SharePoint for document and process management
