Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist/Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and provide comprehensive support for HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of HR practices, and is passionate about talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (50%) Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, internal career site, etc.) Source candidates through resume databases, social media, and professional networks Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens and interviews Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection with hiring managers Extend job offers and manage the pre-employment process (background checks, references, etc.) Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with EEOC regulations HR Generalist Functions (50%) Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems Provide support in administering HR policies and procedures Assist with performance review cycles and training initiatives Handle employee relations issues and escalate as appropriate Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys, diversity initiatives, and policy development ?
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in HR or recruitment (in-house or agency) Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality ?
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus Experience with employer branding and social recruiting strategies Familiarity with metrics-driven recruitment and reporting ?
Work Environment:
On-site Occasional travel may be required for job fairs or recruiting events
