What You’ll Do:
Recruit top sales and technical installation talent through job boards, social media, events, and direct outreach. Conduct interviews, onboard new hires, and ensure a smooth transition into their roles. Develop engaging training sessions covering products, services, sales techniques, and customer service. Monitor performance, identify training needs, and provide coaching and development support. Collaborate with leadership to refine recruiting strategies and training programs.
