- Position is eligible for a hybrid-teleworking schedule to include weekly onsite work hours
- This is an Internal Posting open ONLY for current DHHS employees, current DHHS temporary employees, and eligible RIF Candidates from NC State Government.
- Position will serve as a Team Lead for a group of Recruiters.
The role includes problem-solving recruitment issues, training team members, serving as a resource for posting and screening questions, balancing workloads of the team members, providing quality assurance reviews, posting, screening, and referring candidates for executive level positions, and ensuring team coverage. The position will also assist in communicating with the hiring manager, applicants and division/departmental HR leadership. Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Working closely with HR recruitment team members and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies specific to their needs. Identifying and resolving recruitment process issues to ensure the recruitment process is timely completed. Monitoring the applicant tracking system (NeoGov) regarding candidate status and SmartSheet tracking for timely and accurate processing of recruitment actions. Reviewing and managing Recruiter workloads to assure accurate and timely completion of the recruitment event. Ensuring coverage to minimize delays in recruitment activities.
