Full Job Description Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES

Review incoming job applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and/or virtual interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with recruiters and candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions within our applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM platforms. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine screening criteria and improve candidate quality. Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the screening process. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly screening targets and goals to support recruitment timelines and business needs.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS

: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably in an agency, RPO, or corporate environment. Strong proficiency with technology systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. Ability to quickly learn new systems and troubleshoot technical issues as needed. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze candidate data and metrics to support informed decision-making. Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
