We are looking for a talented Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to manage, maintain, and optimize our Workday system.
Job Duties:
Administer and configure the Workday HRIS, including custom fields, workflows, business processes, and security profiles across core modules (HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Reporting). Troubleshoot system issues, identify process flaws, and recommend solutions in collaboration with HR and IT. Improve HR processes and procedures by identifying and implementing efficiencies within Workday. Create advanced reports, composite/matrix reports, and dashboards. Provide training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. Provide internal client support, including report writing and addressing data/system issues. Manage integrations between Workday and other HR systems. Lead HRIS projects (upgrades, enhancements, new features) and manage vendor relationships. Ensure data integrity through audits and cleanup, maintaining change management documentation. Stay current with Workday trends, best practices, and actively participate in the Workday Community.
Ideal Background:
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS, or a related field. 3+ years of Workday experience across multiple functional areas (HCM, Benefits, Security, Absence, Time Tracking, Reporting). 3-5 years of experience implementing and configuring Workday HCM modules, including creating business processes. 2+ years of experience with statistical/data analysis, custom reports, and dashboards using Workday reporting tools and advanced Excel. Strong experience with Workday security (role-based, user-based, custom domains) and EIB templates/data loading with Excel. Strong technical troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis skills. Experience working with confidential data. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Consulting experience. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent skills and knowledge.
