The Opportunity Our client, a well-established consumer products manufacturingcompany with a strong commitment to employee development andoperational excellence, has engaged us to identify a Recruiter / HRGeneralist for their Hanover, PA location. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and isresponsible for recruiting both hourly and salaried positions, aswell as overseeing payroll and benefits administration.

Other responsibilities include:

• Developing staffing strategies and implementing programs toattract and retain talent.
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws regardingrecruitment and employment.
• Administering payroll, benefits, and 401(k) plans, includingcompliance and annual audits.
• Overseeing workplace safety and workers’ compensationprograms.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or 3-5 years of relatedexperience and/or training.
• SHRM-CP certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months)strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws andregulations.
