What We’re Looking For Trillium Health Resources is seeking a HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The Human Resources team ensures Trillium is staffed with a highly competent workforce that supports its mission: Transforming lives and building community well-being through partnership and proven solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources professional who possesses a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment and onboarding lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have experience in navigating all facets of talent acquisition, from initial candidate sourcing and engagement through seamless onboarding and integration into our dynamic team. A strong attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy are essential, coupled with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adhere to established processes with precision. On a typical day, you might: Perform duties related to talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and onboarding activities including reviewing applications to determine qualification status for employment. Assist with employee personnel files and associated documentation. Utilize Outlook, Excel, Word, Smartsheet and Webex to perform duties. Maintain communication with candidates, management and Trillium employees.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness Qualifying Employer Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of one (1) year of clerical and/or office management experience including time in an HR role/performing HR duties, or equivalent combination of higher education/experience.
Preferred Experience:
Prefer four (4) years clerical and/or office management experience and/or experience related to recruitment and onboarding activities.
License/Certification:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Location:
Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status. Must be able to travel to a Trillium office location and within catchment as required.
