Job Description
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator in Allenstown, New Hampshire. In this role, you will primarily focus on the development and management of HR policies, ensuring they comply with legal regulations and align with our company’s mission.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to support policy changes and developments.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align HR policies with the company’s goals and current regulations.
- Oversee the creation, review, and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of changes in HR policies and compliance documents.
- Develop new HR policies to address emerging issues within the organization.
- Regularly report to HR leadership on policy developments and compliance status. Requirements
- Proficiency in administrative office tasks, including but not limited to filing, scheduling, and data entry.
- Strong effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and concise interactions with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of department policy and the ability to ensure employees adhere to these standards.
- Demonstrated experience in policy interpretation and application to guide employees and ensure compliance.
- Proficiency in internal reporting, including the ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret HR reports.
