This direct-hire position will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a skilled and productive factory workforce and management team. Responsibilities of the Staff Recruiting and Team Development Specialist Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions Develop and deploy search strategies to identify qualified candidates through multiple channels; build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future staffing needs Screen resumes and conduct interviews Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding Design and implement employee development programs, coordinate team training sessions and workshops, and provide coaching and mentoring to staff Identify and implement improvements to recruitment and development processes Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth Perform additional tasks and projects as required Qualifications of the Staff Recruiting and Team Development Specialist Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Familiarity with staffing needs of manufacturing environments Computer proficiency including recruitment technology (i.e. Applicant Tracking Systems) Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and remain organized Please share your resume in confidence for this Staff Recruiting and Team Development Specialist opportunity.
