This role will serve as a key partner to leaders and employees proving expert guidance in performance management and employee relations while playing a central role in creating exceptional employee experience. Responsibilities:

Understanding and ability to interpret and explain state and federal employment and labor law regulations Collaborative work style; must be able to communicate and work with employees at all levels of the organization in an approachable and open manner. Analyze HR metrics, reporting, and procedures to capture trends and recommend solutions to support organizational change, employe performance and workplace satisfaction Coach and support leaders through performance improvement processes, corrective action plans, and development discussions. Possess a strong understanding of Human Resource best practices and ensure consistent implementation related to employee relations, performance management, labor laws, etc. Handles employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate individuals. Assist with coordination of employee activities including quarterly events, weekly lunches and other events. Maintains a compassionate and supportive environment Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills /

Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required. At least three years of increasingly responsible professional experience in HR is preferred. SHRM-CP a plus. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong listening skills to understand questions, issues and concerns from employees at all levels Works well under pressure and consistent ability to meet assigned deadlines. Strong organizational, time management skills and timely follow up abilities. Strong decision-making, problem solving, and attention to detail skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, confidentiality, and ethics. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
