The mission of the Birches Academy is to provide excellence in core academics and the arts while cultivating the individual qualities and strengths of each child. This position is for a part-time Human Resources Generalist.
We are hiring a part-time Human Resources Generalist for about 15 hours per week.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR duties to support the whole school of approximately 60 employees.
Responsibilities:
-Recruiting and onboarding new employees-Benefits administration and coordination of open enrollment with employees-Compliance-Coordination of leaves of absences and workers compensation-Employee relations-Maintaining files-Staff appreciation-Bi-weekly payroll-And any other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree-5+ years of experience-Payroll experience preferred but will train
