Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Human Resources team, the HRIS Specialist will focus on management and maintenance of Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal learning system and support the day-to-day operations within the HR department in the areas of onboarding and offboarding. About the
Role:
Manage and maintain HRIS, ATS, and Learning Systems, ensuring systems function correctly and are up to date, maintaining data fields, in-box requests, employee changes, and general system management. Optimize and implement system changes, analyze data change requests, maintain data integrity, implement and test system changes, and coordinate and manage cross-functional dependencies between HR, Benefits, IT, and Payroll.
Identify opportunities for improvement by collecting and analyzing data, developing and maintaining HRIS workflows, and creating dashboards for metrics and compliance.
Work with cross functional teams on HRIS issues, provide training and support to the HR staff and users, and manage the internal learning system for new hires and terminations.
Assist in generating various reports (e.g., EEO1, Sustainability, AOP HR, monthly HR dashboards, etc.), act as a liaison with payroll, finance, and other functions to employee data access, manage onboarding and offboarding processes while offering exemplary support to employees for HR related inquires.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
5+ years of experience in human resources and/or administrative field.
Experience with Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HRIS system implementations and integrations a plus.
Creative problem solver who seeks to understand root causes of any situations with analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and identify trends. Self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent writing, communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and adapt to change.
