The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This role requires a passion for educating others, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage various training initiatives effectively. The Trainer will play a crucial role in succession planning, talent management, and overall employee development within the organization. Responsibilities Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs tailored to meet organizational needs. Present training materials in an engaging manner to educate employees on various topics, including performance management and employee relations. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training progress and maintain records of employee participation. Collaborate with HRIS to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions. Support recruiting efforts by providing onboarding training for new hires. Facilitate workshops and seminars that promote talent management strategies within the organization. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary based on feedback. Experience Proven experience in program management and delivering effective training sessions. Familiarity with succession planning processes and performance management systems. Strong understanding of employee relations principles and practices. Experience using LMS and HRIS platforms to enhance training delivery and tracking. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. A background in talent management or related fields is preferred.
