Job Description
Junior HR Generalist Professional Search Network Elmwood Park, NJ 07407 Junior HR Generalist | Full Time Fully on-site | Elmwood Park, NJ area Monday – Friday | 8:00am to 4:30pm Handle benefits enrollment, STD, Workers Comp, Unemployment benefits, etc. Assist with payroll processing Recruiting – source, screen, and interview potential employees On-board and train new employees Implement company culture, values and policies Maintain employee files Oversee employee labor and HR federal laws and regulations to ensure compliance Coordinate seminars, workshops, additional HR training, and conferences based on each department’s needs. Up to 3 years of HR / benefits experience Must have payroll processing experience
