Qualifications:
A day in the life: Ability to work with the Talent Acquisition team members to execute and manage processes in the areas of Talent Operations. Work closely with the TA team on candidates hired pending passing of the RBT exam. Perform RBT coursework orientation relevant to the start of coursework. Collaborate effectively with the candidates and the TA team on strategies for a smooth transition between completing the RBT coursework and coordinating the competency assessment to submitting necessary documents for the written exam. Maintain candidates’ coursework status and next steps in process. Compile weekly reports on candidates and status of completion. Manage the onboarding and training process for RBTs on Central Reach (CR) Supervise the initial and renewal credentialing process for RBTs Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for RBTs using CR Help Assist RBTs in preparing and responding to BACB audit requests Other tasks as assigned.
