NASPAC is growing rapidly and seeking a forward-thinking Human Resources Generalist who will support 15 office locations of innovative medical professionals. The Human Resources Generalist will be expected to implement and administer human resources services including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Benefit and Leave Administration and New Hire onboarding. The Human Resources Generalist will report directly to the COO and be a resource to the over 100 professional employees. Essential Functions of the position include: Build a strong relationship with each Practice Manager. Act as a key HR point of contact and trusted advisor for managers and employees. Provide counsel and guidance to employees and managers on sensitive HR issues and concerns with a focus on problem-resolution and maintaining a positive company culture. Assist management on effective hiring by creating Job descriptions, job postings and the recruitment cycle. Adjust to new situations encountered on a daily basis and have the ability to learn new duties quickly. Stay up to date on changing Federal and State requirements and laws that effect the business, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Respond to employee inquiries and enforce company policies, procedures, and programs. Administer payroll for all employees on Paychex Flex platform that includes base salaries, commissions and bonuses. Conduct new staff orientation with proper documentation making sure it is complete and the employee file is kept in compliance. Maintain a filing system with employee files and paperwork and keep updated for required retention period. Keep records of benefit plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting. Administer benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, Participates in annual enrollment and discussions with employees about their benefit options.
