ONSITE ROLE
Primary Responsibility:

Support full life cyclerecruiting efforts to fill high-volume, critical positions across agiven region in the organization. Drive strategic recruitingactivities to pipeline and attract top talent for multiplewarehouse facilities, ensuring that positions are filled quicklywith high quality individuals. Operate in the region and develop astrong partnership with the Regional HR Director as well asOperational leaders.

Essential Functions:

Attract and recruit toptalent to support our staffing efforts across a given region withinthe organization. Operate with a sense of urgency to manage highvolume recruiting activities with a strong attention to detail toensure both a consistent and timely candidate experience. Pipelinetalent and drive proactive recruitment strategies to anticipatefuture openings. Source candidates using web-based recruitingmethods and social media, as well as traditional means ofreferrals, networking, job fairs, campus recruiting, etc.

Communicate with applicants and perform prescreening questions toensure fit and qualification match based on work history, training,education, job skills, etc. Manage interview scheduling andcoordinate details with hiring managers and field-based HR teams.

Partner with company managers to form candidate evaluations and tomake hiring recommendations. Coordinate and facilitatepre-screening activities in partnership with the sites. Utilize anapplicant tracking system to accurately track open positions andrecruiting progress. Develop and maintain recruiting statusreporting to offer visibility into recruiting efforts; ensurefrequent communication with hiring managers to offer visibilityinto our work. Extend candidate offers and support the onboardingprocess. Other duties as requested.

Qualifications & Experience:

Strong knowledge of recruiting policy, procedures, laws andpractices Excellent ability to manage multiple requisitionssimultaneously Ability to source, attract and hire the mostqualified talent Experience with candidate management/applicanttracking systems and processes Ability to communicate at all levelsof the organization both in written and oral form Must have verystrong customer service orientation with high sense of urgency incompleting tasks Must have the ability to work in a teamenvironment or on an individual basis as conditions andcircumstances may dictate Possess a process improvement mindset toidentify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitingactivities Must be self-motivated and able to lead others tooutcomes

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

5 years combined HumanResources/Recruiting experience and college-level education; orequivalent combination of education and experience Experience withMicrosoft Office, including Excel and Word Experience withApplicant Tracking Systems and processes Experience recruiting forhigh volume operational roles in a similar industry or environmentis preferred

Physical Requirements:

Requires the ability to sit forlong periods of time, with frequent interruptions Requires severalhours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, andreaching, or bending Requires manual dexterity with normal hand andfinger movements for typical office work Talking, hearing, andseeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks Mayrequire travel by automobile and airplane up for business Mayrequire a visit facility operations in temperatures at or belowfreezing May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts,carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 poundsRequires the use of various electronic tools Requires the abilityto relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions: mustpartner with colleagues without exhibiting behavioral extremesRequires the performance of work activities including reasoning,negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; andrespond appropriately to constructive feedback from executivemanagement
