Full-Time Lead the Charge in Healthcare Staffing Excellence Excelsior Care Group is hiring a Regional Staffing Coordinator to oversee and support staffing operations across multiple nursing home facilities in New Jersey and nearby regions. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll help ensure optimal staffing levels, compliance with healthcare regulations, and a consistent standard of care across our network. We’re looking for a strategic, experienced professional with a strong background in long-term care staffing and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support staffing coordinators at multiple nursing home locations. Partner with facility administrators and HR to implement efficient, compliant staffing plans. Analyze turnover rates, overtime use, and staffing ratios to identify improvements. Conduct audits to ensure adherence to staffing regulations and corporate standards. Assist with recruiting key nursing roles, including interviewing and screening. Train and mentor staffing coordinators on scheduling, compliance, and retention strategies. Design and promote employee recognition and retention initiatives. Keep current with industry trends and staffing regulations to refine practices. Maintain accurate records related to recruitment, schedules, and licensure compliance. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of nursing home staffing experience . Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing long-term care staffing. Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor effectively. Proficiency with scheduling systems and workforce data analysis. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
