Role:

As an HR Generalist, you will serve as the right hand to leadership, supporting day-to-day HR operations with a focus on employee relations, benefits administration, and HR reporting. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to take the next step in their HR career.

What You’ll Do:

+ Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues with professionalism and care + Administer employee benefits and insurance programs + Run and analyze HR reports (Paylocity experience a plus) + Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR policies + Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal communications + Partner with leadership on various HR projects and initiatives

Requirements What We’re Looking For:
