• Create and manage monthly schedules , ensuring optimal staffing levels while considering staff preferences. Training & Development
• Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our caregiving team. Communication Hub
• Serve as the central communication point between management, staff, and various departments. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist with interviews, orientations, and onboarding of new hires. Performance Management
• Implement evaluation processes , recognizing achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
