With 50+ staff across two thriving locations, we’re looking for a visionary people leader to support and strengthen our dynamic team. About the Role As our Talent & Culture Manager , you’ll be a key member of the management team, reporting to the Exectuive Director, and the driving force behind recruitment, engagement, culture-building , and HR operations . This isn’t your average HR job – it’s a hands-on opportunity to shape the experience of every employee across our growing organization while keeping our culture and mission front and center. You’ll work on-site between our Manalapan and Shrewsbury, NJ offices , partnering closely with our leadership team, clinicians, and administrative staff as we continue to scale our impact. What You’ll Do Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Own full-cycle recruitment – from posting to offer Build strong pipelines for clinical, leadership, and admin roles Lead a warm, structured onboarding process (welcome emails, Day 1 logistics, tech setup, team integration) Track hiring metrics and reduce time-to-fill Culture & Engagement Champion employee engagement, appreciation, and connection initiatives Partner with leadership to strengthen our values-aligned culture Conduct onboarding, stay, and exit interviews to surface trends and inform improvements Promote inclusive, respectful communication across the organization Facilitate employee satisfaction and well being surveys HR Strategy & Employee Support Serve as a trusted HR advisor to both leadership and staff Oversees the long-term space planning tracking open offices, planning for new hires, and forecasting utilization tied to recruitment. Support performance coaching, progressive discipline, and conflict resolution with professionalism and care Lead change management initiatives that improve employee experience and align with business goals HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate and compliant records using BambooHR, ADP, and Google Workspace Manage benefits administration, policy & initiative rollouts, and required training tracking Ensure ongoing compliance with employment law and internal procedures Track CEU, HIPAA, and acknowledgment documentation You’re a Strong Fit If You… Bring 3-5+ years of HR, people operations, or talent acquisition experience Have worked in healthcare, education, or behavioral health settings Balance compassion with accountability , and strategy with execution Excel at relationship-building and clear, values-aligned communication Are highly organized, proactive , and self-directed Are energized by being on-site , engaging with people across roles Have working knowledge of BambooHR, ADP, and Google Workspace Prefer human-centered HR over corporate Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (required) in one of the following or related field: Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development, Sociology, or Health Administration Preferred Advanced Credentials (Bonus) Master’s degree in: Human Resources Management Industrial-Organizational Psychology Business Administration (MBA)

Organizational Leadership Certifications:
SHRM-CP/SCP PHR/SPHR
