As a Human Resources contractor, you will be part of the HR department supporting various teams including Supply Services, Procurement, Consumer Relations, and Quality. $35-40 per hour What’s the Job? Support around 250 employees across multiple teams. Engage in performance management and coaching initiatives. Assist in organizational design and restructuring efforts. Handle employee relations and investigations. Partner with recruitment, benefits, and rewards teams. What’s Needed? Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources. At least 7 years as an HR Generalist or Business Partner. Experience in Supply Services or a similar industry. Well-rounded business partner skills. Strong understanding of year-end processes including performance ratings and compensation increases. What’s in it for me?
