Job Description:
HR Specialist is needed to perform the following duties:
- Screen resumes, conduct pre-screening calls, and coordinate interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor law.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems (Workday, Taleo); compile reports.
- Conduct and support employee training programs.
- Assist payroll input, track absences and return-to-work processes via Workday.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and HR policies.
- Support recruitment campaigns including open house sessions and applicant engagement.
- Collaborate with managers to evaluate staffing needs and monitor employee performance.
Bachelor’s Degree is required in Human Resources or Human Resource Management or Business Administration (Human Resources)
