Job Description
HRIS Specialist – Medical Center 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars Woodland Park, NJ WCS is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist for a full-time, direct-hire position at a Medical Center in Woodland Park, NJ. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and optimizing the organization’s HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, supporting HR reporting and analytics, and partnering with internal teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Job Function:
Provide daily support for HRIS systems. Report system issues or concerns to management. Participate in special projects representing HRIS. Test system updates during upgrades and technical changes. Utilize iCIMS (ATS) and UKG (Payroll/HR files). Assist with ad hoc HRIS-related projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required. 3-5 years of HRIS experience, specifically with Oracle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
