The work location is in Warren, NJ working a hybrid schedule. This individual will support workforce planning across the global company. They will support the HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and the Finance teams through all phases of the workforce planning cycle including: annual headcount planning, monthly/quarterly releases of approved positions, monthly headcount review meetings and daily management of the process for opening roles in recruiting. They will be responsible for making sure that all stakeholders know the upcoming meeting schedules and gather/provide the key information needed for these meetings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Be the liaison between HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, HR Operations and Hiring Managers Gather and track the key information needed to open a role for recruiting Manage timelines and schedule workforce planning meetings Participate and capture notes from workforce planning meetings and takeaways Follow-up on takeaways and drive to completion SME for our workforce planning system (Anaplan) and our Recruiting System (Workday) Pull and prepare reports, ensure accuracy, and gather necessary details for all workforce planning meetings and projects Educate hiring managers and assist them with understanding the workforce planning process Participate in/lead projects to enhance the workforce planning cycle, including any new system releases, upgrades, or changes to the process Assist with any adhoc projects, as needed
Work Experience and Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics or a related field Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail and organization skills Influencing skills Ability to navigate the grey Analytical mindset Effective communication skills Ability to work globally and adjust to time zone requirements for meetings, as needed
For NY Only:
The base salary range for this position is $65,000 – $80,000 annually.
