Aspire of WNY is seeking an Employment & Staffing Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day recruitment, employment and staffing activities of the Human Resources Department for the Agency. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day to day functioning of the employment function of the HR department, including supervision of staff. Responsibilities also include management of recruitment advertising, reviewing job applications and resumes, conducting face to face interviews, conducting background checks and participation in New Employee Orientation. Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree Minimum of two (2) years of related experience Experience with recruitment and hiring Benefits include: Medical insurance thru Independent Health Dental insurance
