This role is essential in supporting the organization’s HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human capital management and be skilled in various HR processes, including conflict management and project management. Responsibilities Administering compensation and benefits packages, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with regulations. Handle Employee relations. Oversee/Submit all Compensation and benefit paperwork Finding and hiring qualified candidates, managing the hiring process, and onboarding new employees. HR manages employee records, and other administrative tasks related to human resources. Experience Proven experience in human resources or related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of organization design principles and employment labor law. Experience in medical office is preferred. Proficient in data collection techniques for effective HR analysis. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
