Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
- Senior HR Generalist
- to join our growing team.
This fully remote role will serve as a key partner in executing human resources strategies that support our mission, employees, and operations nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background with a passion for supporting employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced healthcare or behavioral health environment.
- $80,000-$90,000/annually

Education/Experience:
- + High School, GED, or equivalent required + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited academic institution is preferred. + SHRM Certification + A minimum five 5 years of HR (compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HRIS) + Solid working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:
- + Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
+ Support and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across multiple states. + Partner with the HR team to enhance and implement programs in employee engagement, retention, DEI, and culture-building initiatives. + Assist in managing leaves of absence, ADA accommodations, and worker’s compensation cases. + Provide guidance and training to managers on HR best practices and employment law. + Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. + Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters. + Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making. + Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other HR functions to ensure a seamless employee experience.
