SCHEDULE:

Monday through Friday, 8:00AM•4:00PM SUMMARY The Staffing Coordinator-LTC is responsible for the scheduling of nursing staff within Long Term Care in addition to collaboration with Nursing Leadership to ensure effective coverage on each unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work collaboratively with DON or designee to assist in the determination of par levels, as well as participate in utilizing efficiency strategies for providing nursing coverage. Coordinate staffing in collaboration with nursing leadership as needed for trainings and meetings. Utilize effective organization and communication skills to acquire additional staff as needed or requested for that facility. Ensure tracking is completed for sick calls for RRH staff and Agency staff including the correct coding in KRONOS. Work in collaboration with the Operations Manager to complete agency requests from Nursing Leadership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 2

years experience in staffing and/or scheduling

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS KRONOS
