Job Responsibility 1.Respond to HR inquiries about policies, procedures, benefits, and payroll. 2.Help employees navigate HR systems and tools. 3.Escalate complex issues to specialized HR teams. 4.Maintain accurate records in ticketing systems. 5.Support administrative tasks like employment verifications. 6.Educate employees on available resources. 7.Performs other related duties as required.
